We met over 10 years ago and had already worked together in Ghassen's previous fintech startup.

Through that experience, we discovered our passion for collaboration and the strength of our complementary skill sets.

We knew we couldn’t let this opportunity pass, so we founded inncivio in 2024.

The Doer

Anna is a hands-on economist with experience in both the public and private sectors. She started her career at the Swiss National Bank, where she collaborated with organizations such as the International Monetary Fund.
She then transitioned to Deloitte’s consulting arm before seeking a faster-paced, more flexible environment. That led her to Ghassen’s startup, where she also met Félix.
Her experience includes the development of a consent collection process that generated 2,000+ opt-ins in six months for a pharmaceutical company. She also led a multi-million-dollar project and a team of seven at just 26.

Her strength lies in turning vision into reality and bridging the gap between the tech and non-tech worlds.

The Tech leader

Félix is a passionate tech leader and industrial designer with a proven track record of building over 300 products and sharing his expertise through 2,000+ hours of teaching at universities and companies.
He has successfully led teams of more than 200 members, demonstrating his ability to inspire and drive innovation. Félix has developed robust technologies powering e-learning platforms, widely adopted CRMs and dynamic marketplaces.

His journey with Ghassen’s former startup began over 7 years ago, where he leveraged his tech acumen to transform the crowdlending marketplace, evolving it from Web 2.0 to an advanced on-chain solution.
